Description
The Three Person Adibashi Dance Dokra Frame captures a moment of pure tribal celebration in warm brass. Three figures are caught in the full swing of dance, their bodies alive with rhythm, cultural pride, and the spirit of community festivity. Each figure is first shaped in beeswax with expressive hand-tooled detail and then cast in brass alloy. The figures are then put in a natural wooden frame that is 12×17 inches. The lost-wax casting tradition from West Bengal is 4,000 years old. This piece weighs only 115 grams and adds lively cultural storytelling to any wall in a graceful, understated way.
