The Duli Dokra Metal Craft uses a lot of different tribal art styles from Bengal to make a traditional form with hand-carved patterns that can only be made with the lost-wax casting process. This 10-inch, 400-gram piece was first shaped in beeswax by trained hereditary artisans, then cast in warm brass alloy and completed by hand. It has the distinctive organic texture of real Dokra craftsmanship.
