Description
The Laxmi Standing Dokra shows the goddess of wealth and prosperity in a calm and beautiful way. She stands tall with her hands out in a sign of blessing and plenty. Each ceremonial ornament and flowing detail is made by hand using the 4,000-year-old lost-wax casting tradition from West Bengal. They are first carved out of beeswax and then poured into a mold made of warm brass alloy. The idol is 8.5 inches tall and weighs 560 grams. It has the natural feel of real Dokra work. It adds divine feminine energy and art from the past to any home altar or sacred space.
